Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable technical trainers to join our growing training division at ARC Technologies & Institutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Java Full Stack Development, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and industry-oriented sessions to learners, guiding them through real-world projects, and preparing them for professional placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions on respective technologies.
  • Design and deliver structured training modules, assignments, and projects.
  • Simplify complex concepts and ensure students understand both theory and practical implementation.
  • Provide hands-on exposure through live coding, data handling, or application development sessions.
  • Evaluate learners performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in relevant technologies.
  • Contribute to course design, improvement, and continuous enhancement of learning outcomes.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering / Data Science / Related Fields.
