. As the bridge between raw data and business strategy, you'll establish a single source of truth for all metrics, drive deep consumer insights, and shape decisions that impact growth, retention, and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Architecture:
    Build and manage analytics infrastructure using
    MongoDB Atlas
    , Metabase, and MongoDB Charts.
  • Data Governance:
    Define and maintain standards for data accuracy, quality, and consistency across the organization.
  • Growth Analytics:
    Analyze
    LTV/CAC, retention cohorts, churn, and engagement
    to inform strategy and optimize marketplace liquidity.
  • Experimentation:
    Design and measure A/B tests for product features and marketing initiatives.
  • Leadership:
    Mentor junior analysts and define analytical best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4–6+ years in analytics or data science within
    consumer-tech, D2C, or marketplace
    companies.
  • Expert in
    MongoDB Atlas
    (aggregation pipelines, query optimization, MongoDB Charts).
  • Proficient in
    SQL
    ,
    Metabase
    , and analytics tools like
    GA4
    and
    Netcore
    .
  • Strong analytical acumen with proven experience in
    funnels, cohorts, and attribution modeling
    .
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with
    dbt, Airflow
    , or data warehousing tools.
  • Scripting knowledge in
    Python or R
    for automation and modeling.
  • Exposure to experimentation platforms like
    Optimizely
    .
