The Business Analyst – Strategy & Operations will support the management team by analyzing business data, generating reports, preparing presentations, and assisting in the implementation of new strategies and processes. This role requires a tech-savvy mindset, strong analytical ability, and willingness to handle diverse tasks as assigned across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, interpret, and analyze data from multiple business functions (sales, marketing, operations, finance).
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve performance.

2. Presentations & Documentation

  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations, MIS reports, and business summaries for management.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.

3. Process Improvement & Implementation

  • Assist in implementing new tools, systems, or processes that improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.
  • Research and suggest new technologies, digital tools, or automation opportunities.

4. Strategic & Administrative Support

  • Work closely with leadership on special projects, research, and analysis.
  • Support day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination.
  • Handle assigned tasks independently with accountability and precision.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Operations, Analytics, or General Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operations support.
