We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team as an Upwork Bidder / Virtual Assistant. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for representing our company on the Upwork platform and assisting with various administrative tasks related to website, app, and game development projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively search for and bid on relevant projects on the Upwork platform to expand our client base.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and present our company's services in a compelling manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing project proposals, managing client communications, and coordinating project timelines.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure smooth project handoffs and successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our bidding strategies and client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role, with a successful track record of winning projects in the website, app, or game development field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and platforms such as Trello, Asana, or Jira is a plus.
- A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of software development.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
