EmergingAds is looking for a full-time Upwork Bidder to join our team. As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for bidding for and winning projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of project requirements, the ability to propose solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram.

**Qualifications**
- Identify and understand the opportunities for our service business
- Digital marketing services on various portals. (Upwork, Freelance)
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term relation and generate repeat business.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and market developments related to website development/designing, digital marketing and relevant domains.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and target updates to the management team.

- Experience required
- 1-3 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Should be familiar with Online Bidding Portals such as UpWork, Guru, PPH, Fiver, and Freelance.
- He/She must have knowledge of proposal-making and cover letters.
- Maintain knowledge of all services offered by the company
- Must be capable of lead identification & potential new markets.
- Must be Innovative, knowledgeable and hard-working
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Should be a team player
- Ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization.

**Shift Time: 10 am - 5 pm**

**Location: Hybird / Udyog vihar, Gurugram**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
