**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify new business opportunities on various online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and more.
- Write and submit compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end online bidding process, from proposal submission to negotiation and contract signing.
- Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored IT service solutions, including web development, software solutions, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, and marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitive offerings, and industry best practices to craft the best proposals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep detailed records of bid activities, client interactions, and project progress in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in online bidding and business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling proposals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in project management and client communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
