**Job description**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Bid Management**:Craft compelling, tailored bids and proposals on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms to secure IT service projects.
- **Platform Expertise**:Demonstrate proficiency in navigating bidding platforms, understanding client requirements, and customizing proposals accordingly.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market analysis to identify trends, client needs, and competitor strategies. Utilize findings to enhance bidding strategies.
- **Client Communication**:Interact effectively with clients, understand their IT service needs, and provide comprehensive solutions through bids and proposals.
- **Project Scoping**:Collaborate with technical teams to understand project scope, technical requirements, and align proposals accordingly.
- **Bid Strategy Development**:Formulate and implement effective bidding strategies to increase the success rate of securing IT service projects.
- **Negotiation**:Engage in negotiation discussions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
- **Performance Tracking**:Monitor bidding success rates, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to improve bidding performance over time.
- **Maintain Client Relationships**:Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying repeat business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Prior Experience**:Proven track record in bidding for IT services on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms with successful project acquisitions.
- **Technical Understanding**:Strong understanding of various IT domains including but not limited to software development, web design, mobile app development, digital marketing, and IT consultancy.
- **Communication Skills**:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
- **Market Awareness**:In-depth knowledge of market trends, client requirements, and competitor strategies in the IT services industry.
- **Analytical Skills**:Ability to analyze bid performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Negotiation Skills**:Proficient in negotiation techniques to achieve favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- **Time Management**:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Team Collaboration**:Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive bids.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
