Responsibility:
Generate business via web portals like Upwork.

Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements and acquisition.

Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries.

Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Participate in the bidding process, including submitting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to secure new projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT services industry.

Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and marketplaces, with a track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
