**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a full-time onsite Upwork Bidder to join our tech sales team. This is not a remote position — you’ll be working from our office and collaborating closely with the development, marketing, and management teams to win high-quality tech projects via Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

We’re looking for someone who is not only good at online bidding, but also has strong offline sales instincts — someone who can think on their feet, talk to clients, and close deals like a pro.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily bidding on Upwork and similar platforms for Web, Mobile App, SaaS, or Tech-based projects.**

Writing custom proposals and handling initial client communication.

**Coordinating with the technical team to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.**

Attending client meetings (online/offline) as needed.

**Reporting daily progress and leads to the sales head.**

**Bonus Points For**:
Experience in offline B2B sales or IT service sales.

**Strong local network for potential business generation.**

Confidence in pitching solutions in-person.

**Requirements**:
**Proven experience in Upwork bidding (1-3 years).**

Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.

**Understanding of tech services like website development, mobile apps, CRMs, etc.**

Must be comfortable working from the office full-time.

**Energetic, goal-driven, and self-motivated personality.**
