We are seeking confident and dynamic Academic Counselor with exceptional communication skills, full of energy and a growth-oriented attitude to join an existing successful team. We offer full comprehensive product and system training.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Liaise with potential students, providing accurate information to guide and support their enrolment decision.
- Understand the students query and identify their need and give the best resolution. Recommend relevant courses to students by analyzing their needs.
- Take prospects from initial contact phase to enrolment phase over the phone. Present solutions virtually.
- Daily follow up to all the prospects/leads and closing the leads.
- Willingness to work in a target driven role and be rewarded on performance.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team and organisation.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database and student database.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Fluency in English required.
- Excellent communication skills & professional phone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (proficiency of MS Office is a must)
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Passionate about sales and learning new things everyday.
- This position provides you with an opportunity to work from home, however, a quiet workspace free from distractions and outside noise is required.

Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00am to 2:30pm IST
