**About us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students in response to enquiries about various programs offered by Miracify Career.
- Counsel students and parents to provide them with detailed information about the features and benefits of our programs.
- Follow up with leads on a regular basis to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Provide career guidance and assistance to students, helping them with the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student enrollment data.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations for B2B Opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM and sales automation tools.
- Support administrative tasks, sales and marketing strategies, providing feedback and ideas to enhance lead generation and conversion efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in student counseling, sales, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, convince, and satisfy queries.
- Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into enrollments.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
