**Overview**:
As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding individuals seeking educational opportunities, providing them with information, advice, and support to help them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while assisting clients primarily through online communication channels.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Conduct consultations with individuals seeking educational guidance to understand their interests, goals, academic background, and career aspirations.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide detailed information about various educational programs, institutions, courses, scholarships, and other relevant resources.
- **Assessment**: Assess clients' strengths, weaknesses, skills, and interests through interviews, assessments, and other tools to identify suitable educational and career paths.
- **Educational Planning**: Develop personalized educational plans for clients based on their aspirations, academic qualifications, and career objectives.
- **Financial Aid Guidance**: Offer guidance on financial aid options, including scholarships, grants, loans, and other forms of financial assistance available for education.
- **Career Counseling**: Provide career counseling to help clients explore potential career paths, understand job market trends, and make informed decisions about their future careers.
- **Follow-Up Support**: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide ongoing support, address concerns, and track their progress towards their educational and career goals.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, consultations, and progress reports. Generate reports as required by management.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on trends, developments, and changes in the education sector, as well as relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of educational systems, institutions, and programs.
- Experience in counseling, advising, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a part of a virtual team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
