Position: Education Counselor {if you have just passed your 12th grade and pursuing graduation and looking for a side income along with your studies, this job is for you}

We are seeking a dynamic and fresher for the role of Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12th grade pursuing graduation and interested in sales or as a fresher are also welcome, specifically in promoting and selling Foreign language courses. As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in advising prospective students about our Foreign language program, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring their educational needs are met.

Trainings will be provided by our team for free.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding our Foreign language program, including curriculum details, career opportunities, and admission requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and enroll students in the Foreign Language course.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, phone calls, and email correspondences to address inquiries and concerns of potential students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment status.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process and ensure a seamless experience for students.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in educational regulations to better advise students.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresher with minimum 12th grade and pursuing graduation, interested in sales, preferably in educational counseling or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to meet enrollment targets.
  • Familiarity with Foreign language curriculum and educational pathways.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
