**Job Title: Tender Executive**

**Location**:Sec-21B, Faridabad

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification**:Search and identify relevant tenders from government portals, e-procurement sites, and other platforms. Evaluate eligibility criteria and project scope.
- **Documentation Preparation**: Prepare and submit tender documents, including technical and financial proposals, as per tender guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information, certifications, and approvals.
- **Compliance and Accuracy**:Ensure all tender documents comply with client specifications and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and deadlines.
- **Vendor and Client Coordination**:Communicate with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather required inputs for bids. Address clarifications and queries related to tender submissions.
- **Follow-up and Reporting**:Track tender statuses, submission results, and post-tender processes. Prepare periodic reports on tendering activities and success rates.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze competitors' bids and market trends to improve future submissions.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of tender documentation and e-procurement portals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- A knowledgeable graduate having a minimum 1+ year of experience in tender management or related roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
