  1. Tender Preparation:
  • Review and analyze tender documents to understand client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submission.
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate tender responses in line with client specifications.
  • Ensure all submission deadlines are met and compliance with tender requirements is maintained.
  1. Documentation and Compliance:
  • Manage the documentation process, including the creation of necessary certificates, licenses, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all tender submissions.
  • Keep abreast of changes in tendering laws and regulations.
  1. Coordination and Communication:
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, legal, finance, and operations, to gather information for tender submissions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication with clients during the tendering process.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for pricing and positioning in tenders.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities through tendering processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tendering and bidding processes.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to tender submissions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
