Job Title: Senior Tender Executive

Location: Sec-21B, Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Identification: Search and identify relevant tenders from government portals, e-procurement sites, and other platforms. Evaluate eligibility criteria and project scope.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare and submit tender documents, including technical and financial proposals, as per tender guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information, certifications, and approvals.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all tender documents comply with client specifications and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and deadlines.
  • Vendor and Client Coordination: Communicate with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather required inputs for bids. Address clarifications and queries related to tender submissions.
  • Follow-up and Reporting: Track tender statuses, submission results, and post-tender processes. Prepare periodic reports on tendering activities and success rates.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse competitors' bids and market trends to improve future submissions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation and e-procurement portals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • A knowledgeable graduate having a minimum 2+ years of experience in tender management or related roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
