*Skills Required:*

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end interior projects (commercial & residential)
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Effective coordination with clients, design teams, and site execution teams
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, project tracking tools, and Excel-based reporting
  • Skilled in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender filing, and maintaining measurement books (MB)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for timely delivery.
  • Ensure quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and progress reviews.
