**Requirements**:
**Role Overview**:

- As a **Marketplace Coordinator** at Minutes To Seconds, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our online marketplace focused on construction documentation services specifically for the Australian market. This includes onboarding new vendors, optimizing service listings, ensuring compliance with Australian building codes, and maintaining high standards of quality. Your expertise will enhance user experience and directly contribute to the success of our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Acquisition and Onboarding**:

- Identify and recruit skilled vendors specializing in Australian construction documentation, including drafters, architects, and engineers.
- Manage the vendor onboarding process, including document verification, profile creation, and training on the platform’s functionalities.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring high-quality and compliant documentation standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support long-term collaboration.
- **Service Listing Optimization**:

- Ensure all service listings are accurate, detailed, and visually appealing with comprehensive descriptions.
- Implement strategies to enhance discoverability using relevant keywords and effective categorization.
- Continuously monitor and adjust listings based on industry trends and customer feedback in the Australian construction sector.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Ensure all construction documents comply with Australian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, including the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards (AS).
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain high-quality outputs and accurate deliverables tailored to Australian construction needs.
- Review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in documentation quality and user experience.
- **Platform Management and User Support**:

- Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and vendor activity to ensure smooth operations.
- Address user inquiries and resolve any platform-related issues promptly.
- Gather feedback from users and vendors to suggest platform enhancements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction documentation or architectural industry.
- Strong understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Background in civil engineering or architecture is preferred.
- Established network of drafters, architects, and construction documentation professionals in India and also its sweet to have in Australia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and marketplace management tools.
