About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Operations Intern to join our remote team for a 3-6-month internship. Good performers will get an opportunity for full-time employment. In this role, you will manage and optimize product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and our Wix / WordPress stores, while ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely customer support. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries via email, chat, and phone, handling issues such as returns, refunds, replacements, and delivery tracking with professionalism and empathy.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, customer support, and marketplace management. You'll track daily operations, coordinate with logistics and product teams, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with SOPs and marketplace rules. Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support or customer-facing role.
  • eCommerce Experience: Experience in managing eCommerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, BlinkIt is considered a huge advantage.
  • Availability: Can commit to a 3-6 month internship and is available for 6-8 hours per day.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Setup:
  • A laptop running Windows 11 with at least 8 GB RAM.
  • A reliable, high-speed broadband internet connection.
  • Working headphones, microphone, and webcam.
  • Software Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel (must know filters, basic formulas; knowledge of VLOOKUP is a plus).
  • Education: Higher Secondary (12th standard) or equivalent qualification completed.
  • Legal: Willing to complete mandatory background checks, ID/address verification, and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Responsibilities

E-commerce & Marketplace Management:

  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and stock levels on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and our Wix / WordPress store.
  • Process and monitor orders to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.

Customer Support Excellence:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, responding to customer queries via email, chat, and phone with patience and empathy.
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions for issues related to returns, refunds, replacements, delivery status, and product usage.
  • Ethically encourage and manage authentic customer reviews and feedback in compliance with all marketplace policies and focus on increasing the product reviews.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Maintain daily tracking sheets for orders, shipments, inventory, returns, and delivery statuses.
  • Work closely with the logistics and product creation teams to resolve operational issues and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Help the product creation team with preparatory tasks as needed.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on support tickets, turnaround times, and open issues.
  • Strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data-privacy guidelines, and marketplace rules.
