As an Operations Intern at Phooldaan, you will play a pivotal role in our operations team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes. This full-time internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a focus on operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your proficiency in Excel to analyze data, track metrics, and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Demonstrate knowledge of e-commerce operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and communication in all interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute ideas for process improvements and organizational growth.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of e-commerce operations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
- Previous experience or coursework in operations management, e-commerce, or related fields would be advantageous.
