INSIGHTSE is the dream project of a group of IIT/IIM/NIT graduates. The dream is to revolutionize the way we deliver education and measure the academic performance of our students. The mission is to use the enormous amount of data from academic institutions to churn out information and turn it into valuable insights.

You would intern with a close team of high-energy young individuals working towards the said mission of changing education in India. You would be expected to deliver high-quality material that carries empathy, intelligence, and thoughtfulness.

The work environment is a fast-paced one and the teammates encourage different ways of thinking about the solution and encourage you to think on your own.

In this role, you will manage and update school data using internal UI tools. Your tasks will include data updating and sharing status updates or handling other requests from schools. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive and enjoys working with data to help support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform ad-hoc data updates on the platform UI, such as student data update, class updates and subject assignment.

· Manage subject mapping and data updates based on school group requests.

· Share entry status updates with schools as needed.

· Maintain accurate logs of requests, actions taken, and communication history.

· Work with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Skills Required:

o Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in Excel:

Lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Basic formulas (SUM, IF, COUNTIF)

· Comfortable navigating web-based UI/admin panels.

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

o Communication & Coordination:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to understand and accurately execute school-specific requests.

· Professional interaction with internal teams.

o Soft Skills:

· Quick learner with strong problem-solving mindset.

· Time management and ability to handle multiple ad-hoc requests.

· Follows SOPs and escalation procedures accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field (Education/Technology/Operations preferred)
