**Oxeonix Global**is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Intern to join our remote team for a 3-month internship. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing onsite engineering teams and handling operational tasks. As an intern, you will assist in coordinating attendance, posting job openings on social media, managing communications, and supporting engineers’ daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Attendance Management**:

- Monitor and track the attendance of onsite engineers, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure attendance data is up-to-date and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain attendance reports and regularly update the HR or team management system.
- **Job Posting & Social Media Management**:

- Post job openings and updates related to the engineers' work on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote team achievements and highlight job opportunities.
- Create engaging content about ongoing projects, technical achievements, and employee stories for the company’s social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with company goals and branding.
- **Onsite Engineer Coordination**:

- Assist in scheduling and coordinating the work schedules of onsite engineers to ensure proper resource allocation.
- Act as a point of contact between engineers and the management team, ensuring smooth communication.
- Provide logístical support in organizing meetings, events, and any onsite requirements for engineers.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update documentation related to engineer assignments, work hours, and project progress.
- Prepare regular reports on engineer performance, attendance, and project milestones for management review.
- Help track the progress of engineering tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Employee Engagement & Welfare**:

- Address administrative needs to ensure the well-being of onsite engineers.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities, training, and recognition programs.
- Actively communicate with engineers to gather feedback and resolve any issues they face while working onsite.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in preparing and organizing internal documents and reports related to engineers’ performance and projects.
- **Assistance with Resource Planning**:

- Support in managing the allocation of resources for optimal productivity of onsite engineers.
- Track inventory and order necessary equipment for the engineers when required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently and maintain structured records.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with engineers and management.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional platforms for job postings and company updates.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in tracking attendance and documenting engineer progress.
- **Basic Technical Understanding**: General understanding of IT operations to effectively manage onsite engineer activities.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly learn new tools and software as needed for managing the engineers and their tasks.
- **Proficiency in Office Tools**: Familiarity with **Microsoft Excel, Word,** and **Outlook for documentation, communication**, and scheduling tasks.

**Education**:

- Currently pursuing Bachelors or recently completed a **B.Tech in Computer Science**or related fields, or **BCA, Business Administration,** or **HR.**
