As an Operations Intern at Phooldaan, you will play a pivotal role in our operations team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes. This full-time internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in backend tasks related to product uploads, including uploading product descriptions, images, and other related content on both our company website and various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. You will also be expected to perform basic image editing to ensure content is ready for publishing. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations and e-commerce.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your proficiency in Excel to analyze data, track metrics, and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Upload product descriptions, images, and other content to the company website and multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure all uploaded content is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted across all platforms.
- Perform basic image editing tasks (cropping, resizing, enhancing, etc.
- Take regular backups of important product data and content.
- Assist with managing and organizing product data.
- Support the operations team with any additional tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of e-commerce operations and industry trends.
- Basic knowledge of image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
- Previous experience or coursework in operations management, e-commerce, or related fields would be advantageous.
