We work closely with rural communities and farmers to deliver nutritious, affordable alternatives in the form of snacks, pre-mixes, and healthy essentials. As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a skilled and honest professional to take ownership of our online sales and marketing channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive revenue growth through:

- Company website (Shopify/WordPress-based)
- Paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart
- Quick commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ads and performance campaigns
- Improve sales conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROAS
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings (SEO, A+ content, titles, descriptions)
- Monitor platform performance metrics including Buy Box, ODR, reviews, and returns
- Generate weekly performance reports and insights to guide strategy
- Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and listings
- Suggest and implement tools or software to improve efficiency and reporting

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce sales
- Proven success managing Meta ad campaigns and seller portals like Amazon and Flipkart
- Experience in D2C strategy, campaign planning, and execution
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and analytics
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet targets
- Strong reporting and analytical skills

**Software & Tools - Must be Familiar With**:

- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
- Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level preferred)
- Shopify or WordPress CMS (basic working knowledge)
- Tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar (for keyword and listing optimization)
- Canva or Adobe Suite (basic usage preferred)
