**About Us**:
CRAFTherbbs is a growing **herbal skincare** brand with a strong focus on delivering **natural, powder-based, and doctor-approved formulations**. We are currently among the **top-performing products** on Amazon and Flipkart and are expanding across major online marketplaces, including **Zepto** and **Blinkit**.

We are looking for an **experienced Amazon & Flipkart Account Handler** who has **hands-on expertise** in managing e-commerce operations, preferably for **cosmetics, skincare, or personal care brands**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee **Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts** end-to-end
- Handle **product listing, catalog optimization, and keyword-rich SEO** to improve visibility
- Plan and manage **advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, coupons, deals, etc.)**:

- Monitor **daily sales, inventory, pricing, and competitor analysis**:

- Handle **returns, RTOs, and customer escalations** efficiently
- Manage **order processing, stock planning, and fulfillment coordination**:

- Track **performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest growth strategies**:

- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies to avoid penalties or listing suspensions
- Plan and execute **promotions, brand store enhancements, and festive campaigns**:

- Coordinate with internal teams for **packaging, pricing, and inventory planning**

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years** of experience in handling **Amazon & Flipkart seller panels**:

- **Preferred**: Experience working with **cosmetics, skincare, or personal care brands**:

- Strong understanding of **product ranking, A+ content, and brand store optimization**:

- Knowledge of **PPC campaigns, ad optimization, and ROI analysis**:

- Proficiency in **Excel, data analytics, and reporting**:

- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle **high-growth product categories** and work in a **fast-paced environment**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience with **Zepto, Blinkit, Tata 1MG, Nykaa, or other marketplaces** is a plus
- Knowledge of **D2C e-commerce strategy** and **omnichannel operations**:

- Understanding of **customer psychology** in the skincare & cosmetics segment
