1. Act as Receptionist and welcome all guests

2. Answer all incoming calls for office main line and senior employees

3. Organise and Maintain Office files, registers, literature, reports & records

4. Recover information from files when required upon request

5. Receive and distribute incoming mail and facilitate pick-up outgoing mail/packages

6. Coordinate onsite facility maintenance, cleaning and problem resolution.

7. Assist Accounts in carrying out banking transactions with respect Imprest Account

8. Assist Accounts in making timely payments for all office utilities & statutory fees.

9. Assist Accounts in preparation of vouchers and expense statements.

10. Coordinate the processing of Tour Advance and Expense Statement of Employees going on office deputation

11. Maintain inventories and order office supplies, housekeeping items and pantry items through timely purchase requisitions.

12. Do local purchase of workshop store & office items as per Purchase Requisitions.

13. Ensure all Fire Safety Equipment are always in ready state to meet emergencies.

14. Handle other Administrative duties as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
