**Key Responsibilities: General Administration**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized working environment
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate with other departments regarding logistics and service vendors.

**Facility & Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams every day.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers (stationery, utilities, internet, water etc.)
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewals and payments of employees.

**Employee Support**:

- Assist with onboarding and exit of new employees and old employees (ID cards, seating arrangements, sim card, phones, bills, stationery, etc.)
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records regularly (online/offline)
- Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and travel arrangements, accommodation for out station employees and guests.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain company files and documents (physical and digital) in an organized manner
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by the management
- Ensure proper record keeping for compliance and audits, bills etc.
- Sending offer letters and following up regarding new employee joining.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (BA, B. Com )
- 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Must know fluent English and Tamil.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with basic accounting or HR software is a plus
- Experience in coordinating with external agencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
