Administration Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting managers and employees, and assisting in daily office needs and company procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage office operations and procedures, including filing systems, supply inventory, and record-keeping.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
- Maintain confidential information and databases with accuracy and integrity.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance records, and coordinating staff activities.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support administrative efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1 years of administrative or office support experience.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
