**Job Description for Accounts and Adminstration**:
- **Accounting & Finance**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, payments, and payroll.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain financial records and reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- **Admin Support**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and schedules.
- Assist with HR tasks such as employee records and benefits.
- Organize and maintain office files and documents.
- **General Office Management**:
- Ensure smooth office operations and resolve administrative issues.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist with any ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts and administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
