**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist**
**Job Summary**:
**Job Type**:Full-time (at our Banglore Location onsite)
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads by making outbound calls and receive inbound calls to promote the institution's STEM programs and services.
- Track and follow up on leads and ensure their timely conversions.
- Create effective messaging and collateral to communicate the institution's brand and offerings.
- Manage digital and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in STEM education.
- Participate in community outreach, increasing connections with the schools for B2B businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance and recommend improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education or STEM-related fields.
- Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Passion for STEM education and a commitment to promoting the institution's mission and values.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,218.49 - ₹50,584.18 per month
