The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through direct communication with potential customers over the phone. This role requires an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator who can promote and sell the company's products, address customer queries, and ensure a seamless buying experience. The executive will handle outbound sales calls, manage inbound inquiries, and work towards meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to promote products and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries.
- **Sales & Target Achievement**:

- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Present product features, benefits, and value convincingly to customers.
- **Customer Relationship**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth buying experience.
- **Data & Reporting**:

- Keep accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
- Provide sales reports and feedback to management.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Work with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Weekend availability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
