Synopsis:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with senior decision-makers across global markets.

A Day in Your Life:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound activities such as cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Generate and schedule high-quality meetings for the senior Business Development team with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Research target accounts and industries to create personalized outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to optimize messaging and achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs and reports in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and provide insights for process improvement.

Skills in the spotlight:

  • 13 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound lead generation within a Edtech, SaaS or IT services environment.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and book meetings for senior sales teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a result-oriented approach.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
