**Call Center Quality Analyst** (QA)

**Location**: Kochi

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹34,000 per month

**Gender**: Male/Female

**Experience**: 1+ years in a Call Center QA role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and evaluate calls for quality assurance and compliance with company policies.
- Provide feedback to agents on their performance and suggest improvements.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports.
- Work closely with the training team to identify areas for agent improvement.
- Help maintain consistent service quality by ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Resolve any quality-related issues in collaboration with management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to assess and evaluate performance.
- Proficient in using quality monitoring tools and software.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
