**Job : Call Center Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist**

**Location**: Kaloor, Kochi
**Salary**: ₹32,000 per month
**Shift**: Rotational
**Experience**: 4-5 years as QA in a call center
**Languages**: English & Hindi Speaking Skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents for performance improvement.
- Develop and update quality assurance guidelines and scorecards.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare QA reports and present findings to management.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience as a QA in a call center.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken & written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Experience with QA tools and call monitoring software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹32,000.00 per month
