As a key part of the patient experience, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments. - Serve as the first point of contact for patients—both in person and over the phone
- Coordinate patient appointments, reminders, and follow-up communication
- Handle patient feedback collection and ensure queries are addressed appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records and communication logs
- Assist in day-to-day patient service operations in a polite and professional manner
- Support both front-office and back-office tasks related to patient coordination

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or Degree in a Medical or Healthcare-related field
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential
- Prior experience in healthcare, call center, or customer service roles is an added advantage
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle patient interactions with empathy and clarity
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and team spirit
