**Job Title**

On Field Engagement (Patient Care Executive)

**Reporting To**

Project Manager

**Position Responsibility summary**:

- Counselor must visit doctor clinic/hospital as per schedule.
- Counselor will take consent from patient and explain about the program.
- If patient agrees to enroll in the program counselor will help patient to send documents to

(Third party service provider)
- Counsellor will be in touch with Third party to know the status of enrollment
- Counselor will follow up with Third party to check on drug delivery
- If any counselor come across and AE, they will be responsible for reporting of AE.
- Coordinate with HO to give an update on patient enrollment.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Science Graduate with Minimum 1- Year experience in Counselling
- Good communication in local language of respective city and English
- Good counselling and articulation skills
- Compassion and empathy skills required
- Basic Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance
- Basic knowledge of Adverse Event
- Good comprehension skills
- Good in Documentation
- Should know areas of the city
- Must be ready to travel PAN India
