Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments, communication, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately using **MS Office** and other real-time systems.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including **administrative duties**, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in collecting patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Monitor and respond to **Google reviews on behalf of the management**, ensuring professional and timely replies.
- Support hospital **administrative tasks, such as issuing leave certificates or medical certificates.**
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have real-time working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹13,925.20 per month
