**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound collection calls** to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Explain outstanding balances and provide **payment options**.
- Maintain a **professional and polite tone** while handling customers.
- Record call details, payment commitments, and follow-up actions in the system.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the supervisor or collections manager.
- Maintain **compliance** with company policies and legal regulations.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
