**Job Overview**:
As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints. You will represent our company as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or product information.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to provide additional information as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them appropriately.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Accurately enter customer information and interactions into the company database.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- **Adherence to Policies**:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines provided by the company.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
