**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Modular Furniture
**Experience: 3** years (**strictly in same industry having strong liasoning with architects**)
**Location**: Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, Jaipur
**Relevant Industry**: Modular Furniture or interior designing or construction

**Dynasty Modular Furnitures Private Limited** was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in the year 1995 as a Private Limited Company with a well-equipped manufacturing facility in Jaipur (Rajasthan) for manufacturing of Modular furniture using Wood Substitute Material. Our Wide Range of Modular furniture includes Manufacturing of Modular kitchen, Modular wardrobe, Modular home furniture, Wardrobe system, Storage units,, and other customized products on project basis.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation & Business Development**:
- Actively pursue and generate sales leads for modular furniture products from architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, retail customers, businesses and large-scale projects (e.g., offices, hotels, educational institutions).
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to promote the company’s modular furniture solutions.
- Identify and build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project managers to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction.
**Client Consultation & Product Presentation**:
- Understand the requirement and idea of the customer and match it with appropriate measurements and designs.
- Prepare 2-3 designs (2D/3D) as per client needs and present them for approval.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and ensure they are approved by the client before production begins.
**Technical Knowledge & Estimation**:
- Possess a strong understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantity), BOM (Bill of Material), and Estimation processes.
- Provide accurate cost estimations and assist clients in understanding product pricing based on their requirements.
**Coordination with Production Team**:
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure the product is manufactured as per the specifications mentioned in the approved design.
- Ensure the timely delivery and quality standards of the product before installation.
**Project Monitoring & Installation**:
- Monitor the installation of products to ensure they meet client specifications and expectations.
- Maintain regular contact with the installation team to resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Get genuine requirements from clients and address them promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, architects, and end users in the construction and real estate industries.
**Networking & Market Research**:
- Approach architects, builders, contractors, and customers within the construction industry to generate new business opportunities.
- Research and stay updated on current market trends in modular furniture to suggest innovative solutions to clients.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and contribute to brand management efforts.
**Promotional Activities & Product Launches**:
- Participate in promotional activities and assist in new product launches to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
**Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to share best practices and ensure collective success.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers/architects/interior designers/builders/contractors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the furniture, home décor, interior design or similar industries.
- Must have strong network of architects
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Strong understanding of modular furniture products, including design, functionality, and customization options.
- Familiarity with different types of furniture materials, manufacturing processes, and trends.
**Sales & Negotiation Skills**:
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills, able to balance customer needs with company objectives.
**Communication & Interpersonal Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
