Furniture Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic **Inside Sales Executive** to handle incoming leads from **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)** and our **Shopify website**. You will be responsible for engaging with customers on **WhatsApp**, resolving their queries, showcasing products, and converting them into paying customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp, and website in a timely, professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products
- Share photos, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Create and manage draft orders on Shopify and send payment links
- Follow up with warm leads and close deals effectively
- Maintain lead tracker (Excel or CRM tool)
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team after order confirmation
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Prior experience in WhatsApp/chat-based selling preferred
- Ability to build customer trust and handle objections
- Basic computer skills - Excel, Shopify (training can be provided)
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn product features (wood types, finishes, etc.)
