**Job Title: US Staffing - Assistant Manager - Training**

**Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST- 3:30 AM IST ( Mon - Fri) (One way cabs provided)**

New Hire Process ( US IT Staffing) and Communication Training ( Class room training)

Give documented feedback as per the gaps identified in the audit and create TNA

Create and deliver training plan for outliers to bring them up to the specified benchmark

Drive end to end performance management (process, discipline and soft skills) for the recruiters on the floor.

Performance Assessment of Trainees during and post training

Database management, daily reports, and analysis (Well versed with MS Office)

Owning the end to end employee lifecycle (Recruitment, training and on floor performance)

**Behavioral Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation are a must for the role
- Well versed in Soft Skill & VnA and training methodologies
- Excellent spoken and written Communication Skills
- A strong sense of commitment, meeting timelines and passion towards people capability development are necessary for the role
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Go getter with a positive and solution oriented mindset who can thrive in a startup culture

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
