Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven Tier 1 client handling experience in the US staffing industry . The ideal candidate should be able to work independently , build strong client relationships, and drive new business opportunities while delivering measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors/clients in the US staffing market.Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities through effective client engagement.Manage end-to-end business development cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closure.Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.Provide regular updates on market trends, competition, and client needs.Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in US Staffing (Tier 1 experience is mandatory) .Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision .Goal-oriented and self-driven professional.What We Offer:Best recurring incentives in the industry.Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a fast-growing staffing firm.Growth and career advancement opportunities.
