Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to grow the business. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, negotiating and closing deals, creating partnership proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires collaboration with marketing and product teams to align business development goals with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Prospecting, and Deal Closing skills
- Strong Relationship Building and Client Management skills
- Strategic Planning and Partnership Development skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
