Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager (US Healthcare Staffing) located on-site in Noida. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our US Staffing Firm. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base by identifying strategic business opportunities, building strong relationships, and leading the development of new business ventures. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of the management consulting industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully generating new business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proven Business Development, Account Management and Vendor Management experience in the US staffing industry.
- Develop new clients (Direct / Tier 1 /MSP) for Healthcare staffing business in USA
- Ability to build business relationships – Have long term clients who is willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you
- Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
- Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.
- Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the Healthcare consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business.
- Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities
- Analyse requirements from clients and work closely with the recruiting team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations.
- Experienced in Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing Client Contracts as well as Sub Contracts adhering to Company Policies.
- Experience handling projects and services contracts and SOWs is preferred.
- Preferable experience in US Staffing (Healthcare Staffing Services)
