- **Providing product/service information**:They offer accurate information about products or services, guiding customers through troubleshooting or processes.
- **Maintaining customer records**:Call Center Executives update and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
- **Meeting performance targets**:They strive to meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- **Collaboration and communication**:They work with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
