Shift Timings: Night Shift Only (17:00 pm To 2:30 am) Monday - Friday

Job Duties

1.Customer Assistance**:

- Provide assistance and support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions.

2. **Inbound and Outbound Calls**:

- Handle both inbound calls from customers seeking assistance and outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales.

3. **Product or Service Knowledge**:

- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered to effectively address customer inquiries.

4. **Problem Resolution**:

- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. **Follow Communication Scripts**:

- Adhere to communication scripts and guidelines provided by the call center to maintain consistency in customer interactions.

6. **Multitasking**:

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing calls, navigating computer systems, and addressing customer needs.

7. **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the quality of customer interactions, adhering to company policies and maintaining professionalism.

9. **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Under Graduate
