**Job Summary**

We are hiring **Tele callers (Outbound Sales)** to join our team in Vadodara. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting them into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain and promote company products/services.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections and queries confidently.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Graduation or Masters.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
- Target-driven and motivated personality.
