**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential and existing clients.
- Handle **customer inquiries and follow-ups** in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Support the sales process by **building relationships and convincing prospects**.
- Assist with **Upwork writing tasks** (training will be provided).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Strong **English communication skills** (spoken and written).
- Excellent **convincing and interpersonal skills**.
- Good **common sense and problem-solving attitude**.
- Ability to **work independently**, follow up diligently, and meet targets.
- Prior experience in **sales, telecalling, or customer support** is preferred but not mandatory.

**What We Offer**:
