Outbound Calling Tele Sales

Location: Vadodara
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in outbound telemarketing or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in the language(s) used in the target market
- Experience in selling software or IT services is a plus
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or sales
